 In the heart of the dense and mystical forests of northern British Columbia, Canada, a legend was born. 

The Sizzling Sasquatch, a company now renowned region wide, started as a humble food truck in the small, secluded town of Burns Lake BC.

The founder, Chef Clay, had a passion for cooking and a knack for great food. After I becoming obsessed with the Sasquatch legend, I decided pursue my dream of combining my love for the wilderness & Sasquatch with my culinary skills. 

Inspired by the local legends of the elusive Sasquatch, I envisioned a business that would capture the essence of Sasquatch, the forests and its mysteries.

With the help of my wife, April, and our daughter, Ariana we converted an enclosed trailer ourselves into a mobile kitchen. The trailer was named "The Sizzling Sasquatch" as a nod to the legendary creature and the sizzling sounds of our delicious food.

Our menu was a unique fusion of traditional Canadian flare and wild California inspired Social Media trends along with innovative recipes that quickly gained a loyal following. Signature dishes like the "Sasquatch Smash Burger,” and the "Grizzly Poutine," topped with gravy and cheese curds, became instant hits.

Word of mouth spread like wildfire, and soon, The Sizzling Sasquatch was not just a food truck but a symbol of northern BC's rugged spirit and culinary creativity. We expanded our business, opening a rustic lodge and restaurant deep in the forest, where visitors could enjoy modern drive-in style fast meals, and Sasquatch-themed items.

Today, The Sizzling Sasquatch is a thriving enterprise, known for its exceptional food, enchanting forest location, and the legendary hospitality of The Sizzling Sasquatch. It stands as a testament to the power of dreams, the allure of the wild, and the magic of local legends brought to life.

Our menu features a variety of mouth-watering dishes, from classic burgers and fries to more exotic options like donair's & tacos. We use only the freshest ingredients to ensure that every bite is packed with flavor.
